Programme 2007
Revolution in lighting by introduction of LED technology
LEDs do not produce infra red or UV light and they do not have any negative effect on the freshness of easily spoiled goods. LEDs reach their full lighting strength in a fraction of a second and have a very high service life of some 50,000 hours. So it seems quite natural, that the development of the light emission diode (LED) can be designated as revolutionary and is taking on a very strong role in the wohle lighting market.
This fact could not be ignored by the organizing committee of INTERLIGHT MOSCOW. In order to emphasize the meaning of LEDs and offer their producers a platform to introduce their products and discuss the latest developments, the first LED FORUM was held in the fringe programme of INTERLIGHT MOSCOW 2007.
Review on LED Forum 2007
The first accomplishment of LED Forum has been a great success. The two day conference programme has brought together top speakers and professional visitors from all branches of the LED and LED-related industry. Also the big players like Philips and Osram have participated in the LED Forum.
Because of the success and the excellent feedback of the participants, the LED Forum will become a firm element of coming INTERLIGHT MOSCOW trade fairs.
